1. Order Acceptance & Purchase Agreement

By placing an order through our online store or customer support, you agree to enter into a legally binding purchase agreement with our official store. All product orders are subject to availability and order verification.

2. Authenticity & Serial Number Integrity

All timepieces, acoustic equipment, and leather goods bear unique manufacturer serial credentials and certificates of authenticity. Any deliberate defacement of serial marks voids the warranty coverage.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payment must be completed via our verified online payment options, bank transfer, or cash on delivery upon receiving your package.

4. Delivery & Transit Risk

All shipments remain fully insured through our courier partners until physical delivery and recipient signature verification. Title and risk transfer to the customer upon receipt.

5. Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and commercial laws.
