1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition Standards for Returns

To qualify for a full refund or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Original tags, protective films, and documentation must remain intact.
• All original packaging, boxes, manuals, and included accessories must be returned in complete form.

3. Return Pickup & Shipping

We arrange convenient courier pickup from your delivery address. Alternatively, returns can be dropped off at any of our authorized retail branches.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing

Upon reception at our fulfillment facility, items undergo a quality check within 2 business days. Once verified, your refund is credited directly to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
